Villa Flavio Gioia is a luxury residence, property of the Cinque family, result a just renovated old patrician Mediterranean home in center of Positano. All the apartments are completely furnished with everything, including kitchen furnishings, telephone, satellite TV, Stereo, Electronic safe, air conditioning/heating, terrace or large balcony facing the sea. Located in the beach area, away from automobile's traffic only a step away from the beach and from the shopping center, with an enchanting view. In restructuring and furnishing the house we have kept in mind only the best in comfort and privacy for our guests.

All our studios have kitchenette, private bathroom, terrace or balcony facing the sea, hair dryer, air conditioning/heating, safe, telephone, & satellite TV. The large studio apartment with an amazing view over Positano beach. The studio superior is fully furnished with large bedroom, kitchen area, large terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning/heating, safe, hair dryer, satellite TV, &  telephone. The one bedroom apartment has large bathroom with Jacuzzi massage, one bedroom with king-size bed, separate room with kitchen area plus sitting area with sofabed, large terrace with an amazing sea view, hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, electric safe, & satellite TV.  The two bedroom apartment has two bedrooms,each with king-size bed and private bathroom, large kitchen area with sofa bed and third bathroom, two terraces with sea view, hair dryer in all bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, electric safe, & telephone.
