PARIS

Rue de Varenne Apartment  - 7th Arrondisement - Check out this beautiful, 1200 square foot, private, one-bedroom apartment on the left bank in Paris. This apartment has been featured in Home Beautiful - Australia, Le Journal de la Maison - France, and Casa Vogue - South America! This lovely apartment has a king bedroom with a bathroom and a second bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a library with a single sofabed. The Rue de Varenne is located within a short walking distance to the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay  and the famous cafes along the Boulevard Saint Germain. Bonnie put a relative in this apartment for 30 days and he loved it! Rates start from 250 Euro per night.

Hotel Saint Paul-Rive Gauche  - 3 Star*** - This lovely small hotel is one of our top-selling hotels. The fashion show for early next year is February 7 - 10, 2011 and the air show is June 19 - 25, 2011. If you have any plans for visiting Paris around these times it is best to reserve your room now as this hotel fills up very quickly during these periods.

LONDON

Town Hall Hotel - 5 Star***** - This property was in the New York Times on Sunday August 8, 2010. The article stated the following: "The Town Hall Hotel which opened in May, is an elegantly proportioned former civic building in the Bethnal Green neighborhood of East London. Built in 1910 and used for its original purpose until the 1970's when it was appropriated as a location for film shoots, the hall cost the hotelier Peng Loh more than 20 million GBP (about $31 million) to restore. The  99-room hotel is in a majestic Edwardian building. A good place for armchair architectural historians, extended-stay travelers and those who like to be in working-class neighborhoods away from the middle of town." Double rooms start from 204 GBP per night, executive rooms from   208 GBP per night, feature double rooms from 226 GBP per night. Rates include VAT and service. This property also has studio to three-bedroom apartments!

15 Basil Street - 4 Star****Apartments - Location doesn't get any better than this! The 15 Basil Street is situated adjacent to Harrod's Department Store in the heart of Knightsbridge. The property offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments which have all been recently updated. Discounts on stays of eight nights or more!  These apartments rarely offer specials so this is an excellent opportunity to check out this lovely property! Studio apartments start from 180 GBP per night, one-bedroom apartments start from 270 GBP per night, two-bedroom apartments start from 410 GBP per night, and three bedroom apartments start from 490 GBP per night.

15 Basil Street Apartments

Curzon Apartments - 4 Star****- The Curzon Apartments are located in the heart of Mayfair and offer studio to three bedroom apartments. This area is full of interesting shops, many varied pubs, cafes, restaurants, and has a village atmosphere, though only five minutes from Piccadilly. The Mansions Apartments - 3 Star***- The Mansions are located only 200 yards from the Earls Court underground and within easy reach are all the excellent shopping areas including Knightsbridge, Harrods, Kings Road Chelsea and Kensington High Street, along with numerous museums, galleries and famous landmarks. La Canonica di Cortine - 4 Star****- Siena near Greve - Amidst the vineyards and woods dividing the regions of Florence and Siena, La Canonica di Cortine distinguishes itself from among all the other historical residences in Chianti. Cortine is the name of the medieval castle (of which La Canonica is a part) in a medieval town and mentioned in the records of 1037. We get so many wonderful comments from clients and agents about this property! Promotional rates on APARTMENTS for August 21 - September 4 - Standard apartments that can accommodate up to four people are 920 Euro per week, deluxe apartments that can accommodate up to four people are 1,190 Euro per week, or full houses that can accommodate up to four people are 1,402.50 Euro per week. Rates include VAT, use of water, electricity, gas for cooking, weekly linen, and final cleaning.

La Canonica di Cortine

Villa Le Barone - 4 Star**** - This very special hotel is underpriced. Situated in the lovely Chianti countryside in the home town of Mona Lisa, Villa Le Barone has been in the Della Robbia family since the 16th Century.  The old manor house has been renovated to offer 30 individually decorated rooms, ten doubles in the main villa and 13 double rooms in La Fattoria next to the main Villa. It still maintains the character of an intimate, private home. Comfort double rooms start from 180 Euro, classic double rooms start from 220 Euro and superior rooms from 255 Euro. Rates are per night and include VAT, service, buffet breakfast.

Palazzo Apartments - AUGUST SPECIAL - 30% DISCOUNT! We love the Palazzo Antellesi Apartments! These charming apartments  overlook the Piazza Santa Croce and are only a few minutes walk from the Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, Michaelangelo's home, and some of Florence's best restaurants. Palazzo Antellesi has one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Low season weekly rates for one-bedroom apartments start from $2,625, two-bedroom apartments from $3,125, and three-bedroom apartments from $5,125. Rates for August bookings will be discounted by 30%!
