Suites with boutique style in a building constructed in 1906 with a modernist style and a catalogued façade. It was completely renovated in 2007, restoring the main areas, the entrance and the stairs, the wear and tear of more than 100 years being visible on each step.  Splendom Suites is just 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or 2-3 stops by bus.  There are several buses from Plaça Catalunya - a stop very near Splendom Suites.

Suites-apartments of 70 square metres, plenty of light, with two double rooms, full bathroom in New York style (hairdryer, facilities, etc.). Living-dining room with double sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, household equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board). LCD TV with satellite channels, free wireless Internet connection, smart electronic control of apartment (air-conditioning, heating, alarm, smoke detectors, etc).
