The concierge can reserve tickets to museums and temporary exhibitions and arrange for guided visits. The concierge can also organize guided tours of Florence, including child-friendly tours (with ice cream) and shopping tours to nearby designer outlets and Florence shops and markets. Guests can also arrange for cooking classes (private en-suite or in small groups) and for Segway, bike and scooter rental and tours for Florence, and excursions to the beautiful Chianti countryside and its villages.

Suites offer warm colors, modern fittings and spacious bathrooms, Simmons® non-allergenic pillows and mattresses. Acquabianca marble from Carrara and Marquinia black marble, stones, Absolute Black granite, and fine porcelain stoneware. Every suite has individual air conditioning and heating, telephone and intercom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryers, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are changed three times per week and Suites are cleaned every day, kitchen included.
