Residenza Apartments

These five apartments have been renovated, with air conditioning, satellite TV, elevator. Linens changed and rooms cleaned once a week.

The Residenza Sangallo Apartments are located close to Piazza San Marco, the Academy (home to Michelangelo's David) and just 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo.

Il Cenacolo Apartment - about 60 square meters, located on the first floor, with air conditioning, is comprised of one large bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 persons with two windows overlooking the street, one bathroom with shower, a sitting room with TV and a dining room with kitchenette with fridge, gas-stove and electric oven.

Il Cortile Apartment - about 40 square meters, located on the first floor, with air conditioning, is comprised of one double room, a bathroom with shower, dining room with TV area and kitchenette with gas-stove, electric oven and fridge. The windows of both rooms overlook the gardens of the back courtyard.

Beato Angelico Apartment - about 80 square meters, located on the second floor, with air conditioning, includes two bedrooms overlooking the street, one double and two single beds, one full bathroom with tub plus an additional separate shower with a sink, but without a toilet. There is a sitting room with TV, dining room, small kitchen with gas-stove, electric oven and fridge. There is a little balcony overlooking the roofs and view of S. Marco Church.

San Marco Apartment - about 50 square meters, installed on two floors with stone staircase, with air conditioning, includes two double rooms, one full bathroom with tub plus an additional separate shower sink, but without a toilet. On the fourth floor is the kitchenette with gas-stove, electric oven and fridge, TV area and a balcony overlooking the roofs and view of S.Marco Church.

Belvedere Apartment - about 50 square meters, installed on two floors with wooden spiral staircase, with air conditioning. On the third floor is an entrance area, one double bedroom with queen bed and one single room (with a single bed - for children an additional bed can be added on request), two bathrooms, one with shower, one with tub.Upstairs is the kitchen with gas-stove, electric oven, fridge, a sofa and TV. Balcony overlooking the roofs and view of S.Marco Church.

The owner Mariangela has an office in the building and was warm and welcoming and gave us trips on restaurants and where to shop and other info that only a native has insights into. As expected, we fell in love with all the things to do in Florence and as a result we used only 4 of the 6 Eurail trips (to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna) but the rail pass was very nice to have. Also the advice on Viatours to the Accademia and Uffizzi was welcome, since even this late in the tourist season the waits for these facilities were quite long." (2011)
