LONDON

15 Basil Street - 4 Star - These beautiful apartments still have some availability in three-bedroom apartments for July and August. Rates start from 560 GBP per night for a three bedroom with two bathrooms including VAT & service.

ROME

Grand Hotel de la Minerve - 5 Star - This gorgeous, luxury hotel is in a superb central location overlooking the Pantheon and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. As you enter the hotel the Grand Hall is breathtaking. The hotel's La Cesta restaurant serves Italian and international cuisine, and during the summer months,  guests may dine at the Roof Garden which offers beautiful sunsets over the city. Regular rates for superior rooms start from 281.25 Euro, deluxe rooms from 310 Euro, and junior suites from 347.50 Euro. Rates are per night and include VAT, service, and American breakfast at La Cesta or continental breakfast in the room.

Grand Hotel de la Minerve

Hotel Raffaello - 3 Star - This charming hotel is located in the heart of the historical district only a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and only two blocks from the Teatro Dell'Opera Di Roma.  This is a sister hotel to the Albergo del Senato and has similar interiors. The hotel has 41 rooms, each designed in a classic contemporary style and all have comfort features including air conditioning. Double rooms start from 135 Euro per night, triple rooms from 160 Euro, and family rooms for up to four people from 205 Euro. Rates are per night including VAT, service, and a generous buffet breakfast.

FLORENCE

Hotel Botticelli - 3 Star - This small renaissance gem is located in the heart of the historic district within a few minutes' walk from some of Florence's most famous monuments including the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Uffizi Gallery, the Gallery dell'Accademia and the exclusive shopping streets. The Botticelli has a splendid Florentine Terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of Tuscan wine. Incredible rates for double rooms start from 119 Euro and triple rooms from 149 Euro. Rates are per night and include VAT, service, and buffet breakfast.

Residenza Apartments - 3 Star- Live like the locals in these charming one and two-bedroom apartments. Residenza Apartments are located close to the Piazza San Marco and the Academy. Each apartment can accommodate from two to four people and has a kitchen and air conditioning. The rates are too incredible to believe. One-bedroom apartments start from 140 Euro per night and two-bedroom apartments from 220 Euro per night. Rates include VAT. Further discounted rates for stays of 7 nights or more are available.

VENICE

Palazzo Abadessa- 4 Star - This splendid historic residence dates back to the 1500s. Just a stone's throw away you will find Campo Santa Sofia, from where you can take the characteristic gondola-ferry that crosses the Grand Canal and that will bring you to the Rialto market in just a few minutes. The delicious sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served in the refined breakfast room and during the warmer season it is served in the splendid garden which is privately owned. The hotel has a private dock and a beautiful lawn and garden area. Palazzo rooms start from 145 Euro, Palazzo superiors from 195 Euro, and suites from 245 Euro. Rates are per night and include VAT, service, and buffet breakfast.

La Palazetta del Vescovo - 4 Star - After the owners spent years working as managers in the corporate world they decided to dedicate their lives to the restoration of La Palazetta del Vescovo, which was a ruin of the 18th century. This stunning property is NEAR TODI in a small medieval village called Fratta Todina. Here you will find magnificent views, beautiful gardens and personal attention. La Palazetta del Vescovo offers huge beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. This is a special place offering ceramic or cooking classes as well as excursions and private visits, which are not normally known about. This is the ideal central location within 30 - 60 minutes from Perugia, Assisi, and Orvieto.
