A splendid 18^th century Medieval village lies in the center of the agricultural and hunting estate that spans over 320 hectare rich in trees, olive groves, wonderful and striking views. In an Act dated November 8^th 1044, found to the Record Office in Pisa, Pratello territory is already mentioned. From then, Noble Families owned this estate, whose Villa was built in 1650. 

In the Medieval village there is a property with some suites equipped with all comforts, restored and decorated in the original Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings. 

Every suite is equipped with: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great sitting room, a kitchen with fireplace, heating, air conditioning, TV sat, safebox. Daily cleaning included. 

During your stay you will enjoy a refreshing jump in the 140sm pool (open from 15/05 to 30/09), while rejoicing the breathtaking view and enjoying the bar available from June till September.

Furthermore you can play tennis in our synthetic grass court, walking in the park, the Italian garden with its recently restored ninfeo and along the cypress alleys. You can visit the 17^th century private chapel and making some trips on one of the mountain bikes kept at your disposal or on horseback at the neighbouring equestrian center.

Golf fans can enjoy a 18 holes course at about 10 km. Moreover you have the chance to attend cooking courses and buying carefully selected goods of our own production, and specialities of Tuscany. 

Tenuta di Pratello is few km from San Gimignano and Volterra, only 30 minutes from the International Airport of Pisa and about 1 hour from Florence.

Siena, Lucca and the Sea with its beautiful beaches are other easily reachable places. Pratello is proud to offer a private airport with a 1000m long grass-strip, furthermore it is possible to provide touristic flights. Pilots on arrival have even at their disposal a shuttle service for the Villa and the hangar for airplanes and helicopters.
