Our Agriturismo being typically Tuscan is also a
very exclusive environment. The limited number of rooms in the villa of the 18th century
and the large spaces at disposal to our clients assure the guests a very accurate service
while being in absolute quiet. Open from April to October and elegantly furnished with
original pieces of the epoch, Pratello offers its guests 12 rooms with private bathroom,
safebox, colour TV and telephone on request. Moreover guests are invited to use one of the
different salons, reading room and the billiard-table for recreation.
During your stay you will enjoy a refreshing jump
in the 140sm pool while rejoicing the breathtaking view, or playing tennis in our court
equipped with changing rooms or walking in the Italian garden, the park and along one of
the many cypress lined alleys. You will visit the private chapel of the 17th century and
the antique oil-mill and go on discovery rides on one of the mountain bikes that we keep
at your disposal or on horseback at the neighboring equestrian center. You have the chance
to buy carefully selected goods of our own production, and specialties of Tuscany.
Tenuta di Pratello, easily
reachable, only 30 minutes from the International Airport of Pisa, about 1 hour from Florence
and few kms from San Gimignano and Volterra.Tenuta di Pratello lies in the beauty and
stillness of the Tuscan hills, in an Estate of 320 Hectares. In the interior there’s
the splendid 17th century Villa which is wisely furnished with antique
furniture in an elegant and first-rate surroundings. Tenuta di Pratello offers its guests
a very comfortable stay and the warm welcome of a genuine and historical Estate. Here you
can enjoy the wonderful and evocative landscapes of the Tuscan country.
All the rooms and Suites of the
Villa are carefully furnished. They are equipped with private bathrooms, safebox,
Satellite TV. The guests can also enjoy different salons, reading-room and billiard-room.
The second floor of the Villa is equipped with air conditioning (5 rooms). Then you can
enjoy a great Meeting Room for 30/40 people, with all the facilities (overhead projector,
video-projector etc..). f you intend to celebrate a marriage or a baptism think about
Tenuta di Pratello with its wonderful 16th century Chapel. There you can also
hold a reception on the splendid Terrace.In the Italian garden of the Villa in Tenuta di
Pratello, which is really breath-taking, there’s a panoramic pool and a tennis-court.
Furthermore you can walk around the parks of the centuries-old cypresses. The area nearby
the pool is ideal to organize events or cocktails up to 200 people. Tenuta di Pratello
gives the chance to be entirely rented up to 24 people. Complimentary
parking in front of villa.
