This prestigious manor is a tower house of the 14th
century skillfully and carefully restored and then converted into an exclusive 5 star
hotel. The Relais is located in the heart of Pisa, a few steps away from Piazza dei
Miracoli where the Duomo and the famous leaning Tower can be admired. The airport,
which is only 5 km away, can be easily reached either by public transport or private cars.
The Relais
Dell’Orologio welcomes its guests in an elegant and exclusive setting
thus at the same time preserving the warmth and tradition of a family run hotel. Its 21
rooms of different typologies, from Classic to Presidential Suite, are all furnished with
precious antique, and have astounding and fascinating finishing touches and decorations,
wooden beams on the ceilings, bathrooms in marble, and linen bed sheets. Each room is
equipped with all comforts: air conditioning adjustable from the room, direct telephone,
safe, mini bar, Internet connection, satellite TV. Within the Hotel there is a romantic
garden which enables to have breakfast in the open air, parties and meetings in a truly
suggestive surrounding. The Relais also has a conference room which can hold up to 50
people, ideal place for both private and business meetings.
Hallet’s Restaurant offers a traditional Tuscan cuisine prepare in a more fashionable way, it
also has a wide selection of local, Italian and foreign wines. The careful
selection of products, which is at the base of each recipe, together with the expert and
traditional cooking techniques, enhances the basic ingredients, thus holding the
original flavor and giving life to dishes prepared according the seasons. During the
summer evenings, in the garden, we serve suggestive candle lit dinners accompanied by live
music.
