Coming from either Florence or Pisa you get off of the highway at the Capannori exit. If coming from Florence take the first left after paying the toll, if from Pisa, bear left after paying the toll, and go on kilometer to the blue arrow shaped sign indicating Massa Macinaia to the right. Turn right there (sharp turn). At the end of that road turn left, you’ll see a Tamoil gas station on the right making a corner, turn right there. Pass the church on the left, and you’ll then see a gate to a villa with hedges on either side of it. You’ve arrived. Ring the bell marked Cohen and Gervais.
