ROME

Hotel Art by the Spanish Steps - 4 Star**** - This lovely contemporary hotel is located on one of the most picturesque streets in Rome, Via Margutta, just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps. Architects and designers have  transformed this former chapel into the modern Hotel Art. The hotel is offering special rates from March 10 - April 15, and July 1 - August 31 of 250 Euro per night for a standard double, 262.50 Euro per night for a superior double, and 325 Euro per night for a deluxe double. Rates include VAT, service, and American buffet breakfast.

Palazzo Vecchietti - Luxury Townhouse - This gorgeous little townhouse is located in a historic palace with only 14 units. It is situated just steps away from  Piazza della Repubblica, in the heart of the Florentine shopping district. Guests have access to a private butler who can take care of every detail including restaurant reservations, and tickets to museums and works of art to avoid waiting long hours in line. Superior rooms start from 300 Euro per night, deluxe rooms from 380 Euro per night, and junior suites from 600 Euro per night. Rates include VAT, American breakfast and butler services.

Montorio -4 Star**** - Apartments! This charming country house consists of five apartments ranging from a studio to two-bedroom apartments. The property is situated on its own hilltop that overlooks the church of San Biagio and is within walking distance to the center of Montepulciano with its abundant restaurants. The apartments have a three night minimum stay. Their excellent rates start from 120 Euro per night for the studio, from 135 Euro for the one bedroom, and from 250 Euro per night for the two-bedroom apartments. Rates include VAT and daily cleaning service.

Hotel Fortuna 3 Star*** - Hotel Fortuna is situated in the heart of Medieval Perugia, near Corso Vannucci and the Palazzo Comunale. The hotel has a lovely roof-top terrace with spectacular views over the city and the countryside. Rates from 115 Euro per night for a double room, from 154 Euro for triples and from 173 Euro for quad rooms. Rates include VAT, service, and buffet breakfast.
