Our new one-bedroom, one-bath Beaune apartment has been exquisitely decorated, finely
furnished, and totally remodeled to take full advantage of its beautiful, views of the
Eiffel Tower from both the living room and the bedroom. Situated on the 3rd floor (4th
American) of a charming 1800s building, this cozy 500 square-foot property faces west for
bright sunshine and gorgeous sunsets and can sleep up to 4 people. Located only one block
away from Champ de Mars Gardens on the elegant, tree-lined Ave de la Bourdonnais, one of
the most sought-after avenues in Paris, it boasts Princess Caroline of Monaco and other
famous actors and personalities, such as Isabelle Adjani and Catherine Deneuve, as
neighbors. Of course, the piece de resistance is the view; stand at the windows of the
living room or bedroom and see the Eiffel Tower ahead of you in all her glory. It’s
beautiful any time of day, but it’s quite magical at night when it lights up and
glows softly at sunset. Then, every hour on the hour the magic, 10-minute light show
begins — the same one used for the Millennium celebrations. Whether you have been to
Paris only once or 100 times, it is simply captivating and unforgettable.
