Just a short walk from the banks of the Seine,  this charming apartment is on the second floor** of a fine listed Art Deco building with concierge and elevator.  There is a digicode lock on the street door and a concierge.  An excellent base for visiting all the sites of Paris with the RER metro line direct to the Eiffel Tower,   Invalides, the Latin Quarter and the Musée d'Orsay. Direct service also to Versailles (20 minutes) to visit the Chateau and it's magnificent gardens. One of Paris’ newest and most interesting parks on the banks of the Seine, Parc Andre Citroen is a 5 minute walk- we will leave you to discover why we visit it so often.

This is an attractive residential neighborhood with lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants all around.  In a lovely art-deco style building with elevator, this spacious (approximately 800 square feet) second floor apartment is light and welcoming- overlooking a wide open courtyard separating the two sister buildings.   It is attractively decorated and furnished with some fine antiques and lovely paintings.   The apartment is carpeted throughout. Kitchen and bathroom, both good sized and well equipped are slightly dated in style.  In Parisian terms the cupboard space is lavish.

The entrance hall leads to a pretty sitting room with arm chairs and sofa.  There is a separate dining room with an antique single bed.  Master bedroom has a double bed and antique armoire.  Bathroom with tub, shower attachment and washing machine.   Separate WC.  Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.  Off the kitchen is a smaller and more simply furnished bedroom with double bed and hand basin.   There is a TV, local line telephone and central heat.  Linens are included.
