Chic, luminous and in a killer location, this is a wonderful apartment in one of the best neighborhoods of Paris. In the highly desirable 6th arrondissement, the apartment backs to our favorite park, Luxembourg Gardens, in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés. 

A one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. This spaciously organized apartment with an area of over 600 sq.ft offers ample living space. There is a luminous salon, bathed by the light of a string of full size windows facing west. Patina walls are made out of lime and natural Delphi Clay. The comfortable sofa bed and club chairs have been upholstered in white fabric. The two styling pieces are done by the artist Catherine Willis. The cocktail table is an original from French designer Mathieu Ducournau. Imported carpet. 

The dining area offers a formal setting for entertaining. The tin-colored table stands on a Serge Lesage carpet. The classics chairs are draped in white cotton. On the wall a series of nudes triptychs by photographer Philippe Girardeau. 

Romantic and comfortable bedroom with queen bed. The headboard for the bed is custom made terrazzo stone. 

High-quality standard finish for the fully equipped kitchen including stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and complete kitchen ware. 

The modern bathroom has walls of white stone and is resin coated. The shower is equipped with thermostatic controls and two heads. 

Maid service included once per week for rentals of 7 nights or longer.
