In a prime location in
the heart of the Marais, romantic vacationers may never venture further ! Approximately 5
mins walk chose from the Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges, Musée Carnavalet and much
more! Bastille Opera, Pompidou Centre, Ile St Louis, Notre Dame are not much further. The
narrow Marais streets are protected from infelicitous renovation - crooked medieval houses
jostle with delightful 17th C ‘hotels particuliers’. There is an
abundance of designer boutiques, specialty food stores, restaurants and pavement cafés.
On the second floor* of a splendid 17th C building, this exceptional one-bedroom
apartment was entirely renovated in 2000 with great style by Swedish architect, Mikael
Klatzkow. The ‘urban modernist’ decor reflects the taste of the American owners
and many of the furnishings have designer labels. Some 670 sq ft, the apartment overlooks
