This is a location most Parisians only dream of! Enjoy with a privileged elite,

The apartment boasts a privileged position in a fine 18thC building overlooking the
Seine. A half flight of stairs brings you to the elevator which will take you to
the fifth** and final floor of the building. The 1400 sq ft triplex apartment
has been designed and furnished with fine antiques and hand painted furniture, a highly
successful eclectic style, very Parisian. The many personal touches make this a
truly special rental property.
The entrance hall leads to an immense 540 square foot living room from which has a classic
view of the Seine, one of the most beautiful sights in France. Lots of comfortable
seating, dining area with magnificent ancient ceiling beams and a splendid, intricate
parquet floor design surrounded by original, old terracotta tiles. A small office
adjoins the dining area. An especially well equipped kitchen has a pretty Mexican
tile worktop, washer/dryer and dishwasher . BR1: king bed and ensuite
bathroom with tub & shower. Separate WC. A short curving stairway leads to the
upper floor and two further cozy, comfortable bedrooms. BR2: two comfortable
antique single beds, plus another one which can be used as a day bed or for a child with
an enchanting view over the Seine. Further steps (no hand rail) to the attic and BR3:
three single beds., best suited for children. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share
bathroom & WC. Linens provided. Restricted line telephone. Twice
weekly light maid service included.
