The Latin Quarter needs no introduction! This apartment is just a short walk from the Boulevard St. Germain and the Boulevard St. Michel. Cafés, bistros, restaurants and boutiques abound. This is a great area for exploring or just watching the world go by from a pavement café. The banks of the Seine, the Ile St. Louis, the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame are all within an easy, pleasant stroll.

While preserving its antique charms, the building was entirely renovated during the 1980s. The typically Parisian stairwell will get a coat of paint, someday! Our apartment of approximately 700 square feet is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator, but there is also a short flight of stairs to the elevator). Light and sunny, the apartment has lovely views over the park and garden on either side. You can even see the dome of the Panthéon! Furnished with taste, a pleasant mixture of quality antiques and modern pieces.

Imaginatively designed to retain the original character and featuring a warm stone wall with open fireplace in an attractive, sunny living room with lovely old beams, tiled floor and rugs, arm chairs, a double sofa bed, dining table, TV. Small galley-type kitchen with a marble top eating bar for 4, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven as well as a classic oven. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding shutter. Small bedroom with a double bed. Larger bedroom with two single beds. Good bathroom with tub and shower attachment. Separate WC. Electric radiators. Restricted line telephone.
