One of our favorite apartments is perfectly situated in one of the most sought after and expensive areas of Paris.  It's a stone’s throw from the Boulevard St Germain in the heart of Left Bank. Within a one minute walk- post office, patisserie, 2 banks, grocer, traiteur (delicatessen), restaurant and bar. A wide variety of restaurants, cafés, specialty food shops, boutiques, multi-screen cinema are within a 10-15 minute walk. The Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Musée d’Orsay, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, the Odeon and the banks of the Seine are all just a bit further yet still within easy walking distance. The closest metro is Rue du Bac which is about 30 seconds away.

In a traditional well kept old building with elevator, this apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor.** The very spacious apartment (approximately 1450 square feet) affords maximum privacy for two couples. Entirely renovated in 1999, the apartment has been professionally decorated and appointed to an excellent standard with a stylish blend of pretty fabrics, good antiques, quality modern pieces and interesting pictures. The entrance hall goes to a lovely dining room with polished antique herringbone wood floor. The elegant, intimate living room has tall windows, high ceiling, soft lighting, stylish decorative fireplace, high quality double sofa bed (very easy to open), TV and CD player. The separate brand new kitchen is well appointed including, top of the line cookware and appliances, dishwasher and microwave. Off the living room is a Bedroom #1- romantic and very Parisian, it overlooks the street yet is surprisingly quiet. King size bed, fine linens, ensuite bathroom and water closet. A long corridor leads to Bedroom #2- overlooking a quiet interior courtyard with parquet floor, good rugs, and two twin beds. Adjacent bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Good storage. Central heating. Initial linen supplied. Restricted line telephone.
