The cocktail table is made of polished concrete, the sofa can accomodate additional 2 guests when unfolded, and the off white cotton upholstered daybed can also serve as a single bed if needed.

Adjacent to the living room, the handsome dining room can comfortably welcome 8 guests. Stark modern style U-shaped fully furnished kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, and opposite side, a washer, dryer, fridge, and breakfast table with tools.

The master bedroom is quite simple, yet so elegant: king size bed offers comfort and space, while the genuine Chinese secretaire and matching chair give a panache and romantic accent piece. A wall to wall mirrored sliding doors closet allows spacious storage space without the impression of confinement. Next to the master bedroom, the bathroom has been recently refurbished with light gray stone tiles. It is completed by a bathtub and fixed hand unit shower as well as 2 hand basins, a toilet, and generous closet space behind and around the mirrors.
