Opened on June 22, 2002 and managed by Vienna International, andel's hotel Prague is a design hotel and a "piece of art" in the heart of the Golden City Prague in the Czech Republic.

The hotel is designed to be the centre of the new building complex named "Andel City" and is launching a new dimension of hotel business & hospitality. "Andel City" is located in a part of the district "Smichov" that is called "Andel" (= angel), therefore the name of the hotel is "andel's.

Location

The hotel is conveniently located in the new business zone "AndelCity" with 2 multiplex cinema centres, and shopping centre “Obchodni centrum Novy Smichov” with more than 130 branded shops and restaurants.

The underground station "Andel" ensures a quick connection to the city center with its famous sights, such as the Wenceslas Square" (5 min. to the Wenceslas Square).

The bus and tram stations are located only a few metres from the hotel.

Highways to Nürnberg/Pilsen and Vienna/Brno can be easily reached. The Strahov tunnel provides a fast connection to the northwest of Prague and the airport (12.5 km, 20-min. drive by car).

Located close to the Golden City center, the ultimate four star de luxe design hotel opened its doors in June 2002. The interior of the hotel is designed by the famous British architects and designers Jestico + Whiles. They are known for their practical, innovative and contemporary solutions and have won different national and international architectural awards, e. g. the FX International Hotel Designers of the Year Award for the One Aldwych Hotel in London.

The new hotel andel´s hotel Prague offers 239 rooms which combine modern equipment with the highest comfort. Each room has access to internet via Ethernet-LAN and a multimedia TV-System and DVD. The conference centre has an area of 350 m2 with a capacity of 350 persons in 9 exquisite and versatile meeting rooms with daylight providing state-of-the-art audiovisual and multimedia technology. Rooms are very flexible and can be connected or divided according to the needs of the guests.

andel's hotel became a Finalist in the FX International Interior Design Awards, a major interior design award around, with entries from all around the world, announced in November 2002.

"DELIGHT" RESTAURANT:
The restaurant close to the conference rooms seats over 220 guests in either large groups or separate tables of four or two, for breakfast through to different kinds of gastronomic events. Our "private dining rooms" and the Crystal Room are the perfect choice for an intimate dinner for two or a special business lunch for up to 30 guests.

"OSCAR'S "BAR:
Located close to the "Golden City" center, the new Bar/Brasserie of the andel's hotel is destined to become Prague's most fashionable new venue.
