Extraordinary two-story country house from the late 19th century that was entirely and beautifully renovated in a contemporary style, total of 1800 square feet. Very stylish, comfortable, bright and airy. Less is more philosophy in furniture. Artistic harmony of colors in beige, gray and white. With garden, private but not isolated, surrounded by a spacious grounds. South West oriented. The owner is an artist in pottery and ceramics with both talent and style. This house is truly beautiful. Excellent value for the quality and the location.

Located in the town of Salernes, famous for ceramics and pottery, 15 minutes drive from Draguignan, about 30 minutes from Antibes and 1 hour from Nice. Easy day trips to the beach, Provence, the French Riviera and Var coast with charming artisan hilltop villages.

Accommodations
Salon: 500 square feet. With modern fireplace, large French windows opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool on one side and part of the garden. Low salon table sculpted in glass and raku. Old piano (not for use). 4 big pillows are sitting on the floor. TV with cable, stereo.

Dining room: 200 square feet, formerly a cowshed, with a long table in cement and wood, fireplace. Wide opening leading to the dining room giving more depth to the whole space.

Kitchen: 200 square feet, professional type appliances, modern and very well fitted (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop island with gas burners and glass cook top). Lovely ceramic dishes designed and made by the owner himself. Pantry.

Laundry room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing table. Shower room with WC

Bedrooms: 1st floor with access by two different set of stairs. Bedroom #1: Two small single beds can be joined into a queen size; washbasin. BR #2: Master Bedroom with queen size bed with private bathroom & WC. Beautiful antique mirror hides the cupboard. BR #3: Queen size bed, shower room & WC, dressing room. BR #4: Standard double bed, private shower room & WC.

Small hall leading to the rooms with an extra daybed more suitable for children.

Parking area on the side of the house, private.

Outdoors
Garden and Swimming pool: 33 X 13 feet, from 2.3 feet to 5.5 feet deep, fenced-in, access by steps, on the side of the house with access from the salon or the outside. Open views as the land surrounding the house and garden belongs to the owner. A small stream flows in the garden which is enclosed by a hand crafted iron fence. Huge and centenary lime tree gives shade in summer.

Services included
All linen and towels, final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity and gas. Heating type: fuel central heating. Weekly cleaning on request. No Phone.
