The philosophy of the hotel...
This is not just an ordinary hotel, willingly different, it will charm you at first sight. Everything has changed : the owners, the name, that imposed itself ( you will understand !).  The way you're welcomed the atmosphere, the decor. It's just different. It's not surprising since, the owners had a bed and breakfast just outside of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence for some years, a beautiful experience that gave them the idea of a hotel with the same cozy atmosphere. The warm intention given to each of the guests comes with a natural simplicity and elegance. To make it all complete, there had to be a painters workshop... a dream come true! The renovation
Important works were accomplished to improve the facilities of the hotel. With a lot determination and will-power, we managed to open for Easter 2003.
Bathrooms, bedding and linen... everything is brand new! the swimming pool has been enhanced, the hedges and trees were properly trimmed. The fig trees are resplendent, offering fresh shade, a wonderful scent and delicious fruits.

There are twelve rooms, each of them with it's own personal touch : different in colour, original furniture, beautiful curtains...
We just haven't decided on their names yet. Ten of the rooms have private terraces and gardens, sheltered by old fig trees (we didn't have to think long for the name of the hotel!). This gives a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere.

The breakfast is the spirit of the house. It is around fig and the liking of the seasons that fresh fruits, special jams and breads are carefully prepared for your greater pleasure. Is are been useful in the small living room with the decoration contemporary baroque or on the shaded terraces as of the beautiful days.
