The Aurelia Residence San Pietro is situated at 145 Via Aurelia - one of the oldest Roman roads - in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the Vatican City. Walk a few metres of the old road and reach Saint Peter's Basilica, the Audience Hall of Paul VI, the Auditorium S. Cecilia along Via della Conciliazione and the Tunnel, which leads you to Corso Vittorio Emanuele and hence to the historical and commercial city centre.

The Apartment hotel, composed of, 25 apartments, in different sizes, elegantly refurbished and equipped with every comfort, is located in a modern residential development surrounded by vegetation and built by the owners around the mid-Seventies. The development is divided into two blocks, named "A" "Raffaello" and "E" "Michelangelo". The Michelangelo block houses the medium- and large-size apartments, the Reception, the Club House- where the guests can enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast - and the balcony, offering a view of the magnificent dome by Michelangelo. The Raffaello block, more secluded, houses the smaller-size apartments. Laundry facilities available with a laundry room with a small service cost and a dry cleaner nearby. They do not have a gym, but there is one about six blocks from the residence.

Cleaning: minimum or weekly rentals include - cleaning at the end of the stay, twice-weekly tidying with a daily change of bed linen and towels, which the kitchen area must be cleaned by the guests.

A garage with car parking is situated in the basement, with entrance from no. 141 Via Aurelia.

The buildings of type A/B and the type E/F both has a lift, and for those handicapped or the aged clients we suggest the apartments in type E/F as they can conveniently use the lift as in the building entrance there are no stairs to take, that's why our Vivaldi handicapped apartment is located in the building of the apartments type E/F. Instead in the building of the type A/B there is a lift but there are 3 steps of stairs to take/to reach the lift floor!

The Aurelia Residence San Pietro offers three types of apartments: small, medium and large apartments, all spacious, with balconies or gardens.
