Fully restructured and elegantly restored, the Residenza d’Epoca Pietra di Ponente features a capacious lounge in the former cellar area, characterized by its vaulted ceiling, where you’ll also find the reception desk, two smaller lounges with an ancient fireplace, the bar, and the breakfast room on the upper level.
The park offers ample covered and open terrace spaces, with a panoramic view of Rome and its surrounding hills. By reservation, breakfast and meals may be served outdoors on the terraces.
The Residence offers rooms and two-level suites. All guest accommodations are equipped with bath with spa tub or shower, hair dryer, climate control, security system, satellite TV, phone, internet access, in-room safe, and minibar. The Residence is decorated in respect the building’s history, with antique and arte povera furniture from the late 1800s.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in your room, on the terrace, or in the breakfast room. Breakfast includes a vast assortment of typical local products and products of organic agriculture. By reservation, guests may dine at the Residence in the evening. The large parking lot on the Residence grounds is served by an electric cart, operated by our staff, for unloading and loading luggage.
Free shuttle service is offered to and from Ciampino airport, the railway station, and the Metrņ Anagnanina subway station. By reservation, shuttle service is available to and from Fiumicino airport, and also to and from meeting points for excursions and guided tours of Rome.
