1  Exit the A1 at Arezzo and pay the toll

2  After the toll booth go right in the direction Civitella val di chiana

3  Follow the signs for Civitella for about 10 Km, until you approach the hilltop town Civitella

4  Before the walls of the town, take a left onto the road that leads around the walls.

5  Proceed for about 500 meters until you reach a fork that says Capocontro

6  Continue straight on the paved, which  will became unpaved in the direction of Capocontro for about  0.8 kms, until you reach an intersection .

Bear right following the sign Fattoria di Capocontro.

7 After about 0.9 kms you will reach a parking area.

Park and walk downhill to the first house on the left, which is the Owner's House
