DIRECTIONS TO CASTELLO DI VICARELLO
From all directions, go to Paganico. From Paganico, follow signs for Sasso d’Ombrone and then for Monte Amiata. After that, approx. 3 km, follow signs for Poggi del Sasso. In Poggi del Sasso, take via Vicarello on your right. Stay to the right for approx. 700 mt. At that point, the road will split, please take the left road. After approx. 3.5 km. you will arrive at Castello Di Vicarello.

Around Vicarello there are many hectares of unspoiled land where it is possible to adventure into the untouched woods of Macchia Mediterranea, reaching the Ombrone river and exploring the hills all around. The Castello di Vicarello in fact is located in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled land in Tuscany: the Maremma. From the Castello di Vicarello you can easily visit the Maremma, go to the seaside, arrive in just 1 pleasant hour to Montalcino, visit the most prestigious cellars in Tuscany and arrive to Florence, Siena, Pienza, the Val d'Orcia in a few time by car.
