"La Palazzina" is a hunting lodge built in the second half of the XVIIIth century. It is surrounded by a park of holm-oak and cypress trees, set on a hill at a height of 580 mt. Today "La Palazzina" is a refined residence, idealised and furnished as a private villa open to friends and guests. The entrance is adorned by a circular garden, once used in hunting as a “roccolo”, the villa still has the original traits of a country house used for celebrating festivals concerned with Spring and the fertility of the land. 10 mt. from the villa, and still within the park, is also an old lemon house.

The interior, especially cosy, have been furnished with pieces from the 1800's and early 1900's. On the ground floor there are large rooms, with fireplaces, which lead outside to a semi-circular parterre-solarium paved in terracotta. On the first floor there are 3 double rooms or twin bedrooms and 5 double rooms all with private bathrooms with shower. The rooms offer two different views, on the front side on the garden, on the back side the valley of Radicofani. On the ground floor there’s a double room with private bathroom and a large country style lounge with access to a side of the swimming pool. In the service wing there is a fully equipped kitchen and a storeroom. In the lemon house there are two more double rooms, each one with private bathrooms.

"La Palazzina" offers to its guests a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12) where you have a view as far as the eye can see. All around a rich evergreen park with holm-oak and cypress trees which cool the air during the summer days. Inside there is a bar, a studio with books and publications on the area, a piano, games table, telephone-fax, TVcolour, hi-fi, two microwave ovens, two gas ovens, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine. The parking place is private. A hall for small seminaries and stage is also available. On request we can also organize Tuscan Renaissance cooking stages and wine tasting.
