From the Florence Airport at the first traffic light, turn right and enter the A11 motorway . After about 5 Km. take the exit to Roma and enter the A1 motorway, direction Roma. After about 10 Km. take the CERTOSA exit in the direction of Florence and at the second traffic light turn right into Via Gherardo Silvani at the far end of the big square. Continue on via Silvani for about 1 km where the road divides: keep to the right. The hotel is on the left, number XXX (we will have another entrance in Via Gherardo Silvani, but it won't be at the 151,  behind a gated entrance.Montartino - Villa Le Piazzole has two gated entrances, one on Via Suor Maria Celeste N.28 that is normally used to walk to Florence or to take a taxi, and one on Via Gherardo Silvani N.XXX for private vehicles.
