Products:The apartment/suites and villas are part of a farm, where wine in the proper cellars and olive oil “extra vergine” in the proper presses are being produced even now, besides vegetables and fruits.
History: The whole property was built in 1500 as the summer residence of an important noble florentine family, named the "Davanzati". The property came into the present owner's family in 1700.
Restoring: In order to maintain the priginal atmosphere and the Imprunetian lifestyle, the restoration works of the apartment/suites and villas took over 3 years. All the original structures as well as the character of the old rural aspects were preserved, not neglecting any of the modern services and comforts required by international guests through the third millennium.
Structure: Every apartment/suite is composed out of one or two double bedrooms, bathroom, living room including a sofa bed and kitchen. A big swimming pool area and different gardens, including barbecues and a place to realx.
The entrance of the property there is a fourth separate villa with 3 double bedrooms, a big living room, a big kitchen including a fire place, 2 bathrooms, a big garden paved with terracotta and partially covered (with a so called “loggia”) and barbecue.
All apartment and villas are connected to international television channels and are provided with telephone, complete cooking services and independent heating.
Reception: At the reception the guests will find an e-mail service, rent of mountain bikes and mobile phones. The guests can buy the farm products and obtain any information concerning hints of the best restaurants, artisans, excursions and sight-seeing tours, to get a pleasant stay.
Restaurant:The property includes a typical restaurant with pizzeria, which is situated in a small stone house located in a beautiful wood. Meals are served in its garden during the summer months.
Optional services: Our guests are allowed to transmit a list of the first food needs up to 48 hours before their arrival date. These alimentaries will be deposited inside their booked apartment/suite or villa. Most of the international newspapers can be ordered at the Reception with a daily delivery. A part from the included two cleaning services, additional cleaning (also on a daily basis) can be requested.
