Relais has 32 rooms, two of which
can welcome the disables, elegantly furnished and with special attention to all small
details.
DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE: Equipped with a double bed. Double rooms for
single use offer modern services and comforts including heating, air conditioning, mini
bar, shower or jacuzzi tub, colour TV, satellite TV, pay TV, safe and wi-fi connection.
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM:Double rooms offer the most modern services and
comforts including heating, air conditioning, mini bar, colour TV, satellite TV, pay TV,
safe and direct internet connection. Our standard rooms, located in the restructured part
of our building, are equipped with a shower and exposed ceiling beams.
SUPEREIOR DOUBLE ROOM:Our superior double rooms offer the most modern
services and comforts including heating, air conditioning, mini bar, colour TV, satellite
TV, pay TV, safe and direct internet connection. Our superior rooms, located in the new
addition onto our structure, offer a view out over the swimming pool and are equipped with
a jacuzzi tub.
TRIPLE ROOM: Triple rooms are equipped with a double bed and a single bed
or else three single beds. They offer the most modern services and comforts including
heating, air conditioning, mini bar, colour TV, satellite TV, pay TV, safe and wi-fi
internet connection. Triple rooms are equipped with a shower.
QUAD ROOM:Our quadruple guest rooms are equipped with a double bed and a
bunk bed. They offer the most modern services and comforts including heating, air
conditioning, mini bar, colour TV, satellite TV, pay TV, safe and wi-fi internet
connection. Our quad rooms are located in the restructured part of our building and are
equipped with a shower and exposed ceiling beams

holiday.
The beauty center offers all kind of tretaments and massages with special programmes
tailored for your specific needs: different massages, aeshetic treatments and exclusive
relaxion coursesfor individual or couples. the wellness area is designed to benefit the
mind and the body: beauty rooms, hydromassage, turkish bath with cromo-aromatherapy, sauna
infrarossi with video-music therapy, fitness room with specific and personal plans, all
kind of massages witha special essences and creams: all products use the exclusively
natural properties of the elements to help to naturally restore the body's beauty and
health.
Guests can keep in shape using our
gym, equipped with Panatta Sport equipment including the Space bike, Space step, Pek dek
alto, Leg extension, 45° bench, abs bench and Space runner.
Guests can carry out a total body circuit of 20 minutes in complete autonomy, ensuring an
aerobic workout to modify and model the body, increase metabolism and assist in burning
fat for weight loss. Our cardio stations verify heartbeat to ensure exact intensity of the
circuit.

The Osteria dell'Olmo restaurant is
located inside a splendid seventeenth-century villa amid the vines and green hills of the
Umbrian countryside, a few short kilometers away from downtown Perugia.
Our guests can experience splendid evenings of delicious food and elegance in the rooms of
Olmo and, weather permitting, in our ample garden area.
The numerous halls of the Osteria dell'Olmo are perfect for any type of event and needs.
The restaurant can host 120 guests in the various rooms on the first floor, a reception
hall on the upper floor able to hold up to 200 people, an outside gazebo holding 250
seated guests and, last but not least, a marvelous garden (700 guests) for unique and
unforgettable events. At our restaurant, guests can enjoy a glass of wine and look out
over the old world walls surrounding them and enjoy the fine tableware, the lights
reflecting in their goblets, the aroma of bread and the soft smells of the kitchen, giving
you an experience all your senses can enjoy.
