Halfway between Florence and Rome, just 5 kilometres from the motorway exit at Fabro, lies a fascinating and still uncontaminated part of Umbria, situated in the provinces of Perugia and Terni. In the bewitching peace of this area stands the farm house Il Felcino, with its 12 apartments. The farm house is immersed in 80 hectares of oak woods, olive groves, and pastures popul ated by hares, pheasants, partridges, followdeers, wild boards and roebucks. There is also a wild cattle and horse breeding. You can visit us any time of year. The farm house has a private swimming pool opened during the summer.
This little known part of Umbria is the ideal place for walking, riding and cycling. Il Felcino is not far from the main towns of art in Umbria (Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi , Cittą della Pieve) and southern Toscana (Chiusi, Chianciano, Pienza, Monepulciano, S.Abino, Bagni Vigione, Bagni San Filippo). They can all be reached easily and in short time from the farm house.The area is also reach in less known but still very interesting farm house, villages, castles, towers and monasteries (Salci, Porano, S.Pietro, Villalba, Castel di Fiori, la Scarzola).
Three apartments are inside a typical UmbrianTuscan farm house, an extremely well restored building, furnished according to the style of classic country houses. The other nine apartments are situated into three pleasant buildings lying in “Podere il Colle” not far from the farm house “Il Felcino”. The apartments are served by private swimming pool and common hall.
