In the green heart of the Umbrian hills, just on the border with Tuscany, in the middle of an enclosed area of four hectares, rises the Country House Sabbioni. Surrounded by walnuts, olive trees, secular oaks and fruit trees, where every breath one takes is refreshing and pure, every moment is calm, peaceful and relaxing. This small holding produces, not only, an excellent homemade olive oil, but also has a bee-keeping activity, an orchard and a truffle hunting activity. The gem of the property is the ancient colonial house, restored by expert hands, it offers both the exquisite side of the old rustic houses and all the comforts of our times. 

 The Country House Sabbioni is situated in a perfect position. It’s at the same time away from the chaos and only a step from the most amazing and beautiful Italian cities of art. We are next to San Pietro a Monte, Umbertide, in the Upper Tiber Valley, where Umbria confines with Tuscany. Florence is only to an hour and a half driving distance, and Rome two. Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio are just a few minutes away. But for unforgettable close to nature days is not necessary to use the car, the walking or horse riding excursions will take you to attractive and unique landscapes and views typical of the region.

Rosmarino Apartment
If you want to share a piece of paradise with friends, invite them. In Rosmarino apartment the architecture is marvelous: here you find old chestnut beams, that cover the ceiling a beautiful terracotta tiled pavement and a splendid stone made fireplace that reminds of the traditional colonial house. There are 3-5 beds and all the comforts one may need: autonomous entrance, self regulating heating, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, fireplace, BBQ grill, terrace. Salvia Apartment
The beauty of the architecture, with old chestnut beams on the ceiling and the terracotta tiled pavement will charm you immediately. The apartment binds together the charming part of tradition and all the comforts one could expect from a luxury hotel. There is a self regulating heating, an autonomous entrance, a splendid bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a terrace, a BBQ grill. There are 2-4 beds available, but the pleasure is endless, as is the view of the countryside that one admires from the windows and that extends itself all the way to the horizon. Pet Friendly.
