The villa is situated in the extensive estate of Murlo Castle, set among the rolling
Umbrian hills. The villa dominates the suggestive valley of Monte Tezio and it is located
20 km from Perugia and 15 km from Lake Trasimeno. There are plenty of opportunities for
viewing local wildlife, as the estate is also a nature reserve and farm. Santa Savino is
set on top of a hill, affording beautiful views across the forests of the Murlo estate as
well as across the Antognolla - Robert Trent Jones Jr designed golf course.With immaculate
furnishings in warm, rich colours with comfortable furniture, and en suite bedrooms, the
villa has all the comforts of a modern home. The surrounding grounds are fenced for
privacy and safety, immaculately kept, containing a lovely outdoor breakfast table, patio
dining area and swimming pool, framing the magnificent views of the valley.

Enter into a spacious, open-plan living and dining room with working fireplace and
featuring open-stoned walls. The dining table seats up to 8 pax. Charming and well
equipped kitchen with breakfast table and French doors leading to gardens and external
dining area. Pantry/laundry room. A corridor leads to the converted chapel which contains
a further sitting room. Guest bathroom with shower.

* Upon request the beds in the green and red bedroom can be"kissed together" to
make a wide double bed.
** Yellow bedroom 2 is on the ground floor, other bedrooms are on the upper floor.
Staff: daily maid service 2 hours per day with a mid week linen change. Additional
hours are possible. Cook available, also on site cooking lessons possible
