ByDesign on the Beach

This has been a haven for family and friends and we welcome you to share the serene setting. Whether you are a small group or a large group, each condo unit can accommodate 4 to 6 persons and up to 12 people (both condo units). Even if the house is full, it never feels crowded. Your stay at ByDesign on the Beach includes membership for the week to the North Captiva Island Club!

There's always a small group off shelling or fishing. This recently updated home is arranged over two floors, with cathedral ceilings and a common wall separating the two cottages. Together the two cottages have over 2600 sq ft of air-conditioned living space making this arrangement very comfortable yet private for families, several couples or a company retreat.

"I appreciated most the proximity to the beach and how safe the island is. The wildlife and the family time was enjoyed and the freedom our children experienced with the sugary sand. Watching the Olympics at night in your comfortable beds!9/09

"What a wonderful new place! Thank you for letting us come and experience this beautiful island. It was a great time of the year to come, the Osprey outnumber the people! Catching our dinner and grilling it. The amazing two mile beach and so few people. To see the sea, feel the breeze and hear the wind and palms rustling. Definitely extend your stay and bring good food and leave only footprints.1/09

"Relaxing and enjoyable Spring Break! Go use the boats and take them to the sand bar.

"Loved all of the wildlife that I saw and going to the airstrip and sun tanning."
