Hotel Piccola Fenice is the sister  of the most known Hotel La Fenice et des Artistes. We are situated in the historical center of Venice, few meters from our main house, from La Fenice Opera House and 5 minutes walking from S. Marco Square. Even if the Hotel is in the city center, it is situated in a very quiet and silent narrow lane, far from the crowd.

The hotel is in a typical 17° century venetian building and has been recently renovated. The hotel is developed on the ground floor, second, third and fourth floor. On the ground floor there is the reception office and a very nice"corte", typical venetian internal courtyard. On the upper floors there are the suites and on the second floor there is a spacious hall. In the Hotel there is not a lift, but for persons that are unable to climb the stairs there is a special lift that connects the ground floor to the second floor.

The hotel is a small structure composed by seven suites: all the suites have been renovated and they are furnished in old venetian style. All the suites have air conditioning/heating, safe, outside direct telephone line with private telephone number, TV color, minibar, electric tea boiler, coffee machine and they are equipped with cutlery, dishes, cups and glasses to prepare breakfast directly in the room.

All the suites have the private bathroom with shower and bath-tub and most of them have a nice sitting-room with a sofa-bed for one or two persons. The topmost apartment is the biggest suite. It is composed by one big bedroom with double bed, a twin bedded room, a nice sitting-room, private bathroom and a terrace with a fantastic view on the roofs.

As the Hotel is situated in the city center, it is very easy to reach all the services useful for our guests: few meters far from the Hotel you can find banks, the post office, chemist's, hairdresser's and 5 minutes walking there is the famous Rialto market for foodstuffs. In the neighborhood there are a lot of restaurants, open also on Sundays. Car rentals, travel agents, museums, concert seats and art exhibitions are spread all over the city and they are always easily reachable. During the summer it is also possible to reach easily the Lido island, well connected to Venice with waterbusses. At the Lido it is possible to sunbathe (many equipped beaches), to rent bicycles, to play golf etc.
