The Edinburgh Residence is the perfect environment for small private or corporate

ideal surroundings with a picturesque view of the leafy Rothesay Terrace. Situated in
Edinburgh's West End, close to both the city's financial district and main shopping area,
The Edinburgh Residence enjoys a peaceful yet central location, only minutes walk from
Edinburgh's main tourist attractions.
Each of the luxurious, spacious suites houses an Armoire containing a microwave,
mini-bar and preparation area, it is perfect for long term business and family stays.
Comprising three beautiful architectural Georgian townhouses and situated in
Edinburgh’s West End, close to both the city’s financial district and main
shopping area, The Edinburgh Residence enjoys a peaceful yet central location only minutes
walk from Edinburgh’s main tourist attractions. Upon entering The Edinburgh
Residence, you will be captivated by the majestic wood paneling and the sweeping
staircases that feature through out this property. From your suite to the corridors and
the drawing room, you will feel as if you have just stepped back in time into an original
period home. Enjoy being as dependent or independent as you wish: relax with a Continental
or Scottish breakfast in the comfort of your own suite; have the freedom to dine in your
suite in the evening, eat out at the restaurant of your choice or utilize the in-room
catering facilities provided.
Classic Suites - Our classic luxury hotel
suites are far more spacious than most five star hotel rooms and provide a refreshingly
individual environment in which you can truly relax and feel at home (the average floor
space of one of our classic suites is 41 metres squared). A Classic Suite is the perfect
choice of accommodation for two people to relax in total privacy and comfort. Like every
suite at The Edinburgh Residence, each Classic Suite is totally individual in design and
atmosphere. Whatever their individual distinctions, all Classic Suites contain beautiful
burr walnut and cherry wood furniture and the finest contemporary wallpaper and textiles
from renowned designers. Extravagantly proportioned bathrooms, house huge bathtubs and
large separate showers. Many of the classic hotel suites also have direct private access
onto Rothesay Terrace.
Grand Hotel Suites - Our Grand suites provide extremely spacious and comfortable accommodation for two people. These stylish suites have exceptional elegance and spaciousness. Like every suite at The Edinburgh Residence, each Grand Suite is totally individual in design and atmosphere. Whatever their individual distinctions, all Grand Suites contain beautiful burr walnut and cherry wood furniture and the finest contemporary wallpaper and textiles from renowned designers.Extravagantly proportioned bathroom, hosting huge bathtubs and large separate showers (some even have a spa bath). Many of these beautiful suites have superlative features, that might be an original fireplace, an ornate period ceiling, or breathtaking views across Edinburgh (some even have views of the Castle). Each Grand suite has a large conversation and dining area, allowing you to enjoy the advantages of these luxurious surroundings to the full. Selected Grand suites also have additional sofa beds.
Town House Apartments - Townhouse Apartments provide simply exceptional serviced accommodation, with an unrivalled level of space and luxury. A Townhouse Apartment is the ultimate home from home. Like every suite at The Edinburgh Residence, each Town House Suite is totally individual in design and atmosphere. Whatever their individual distinctions, all Town House Suites contain beautiful burr walnut and cherry wood furniture and the finest contemporary wallpaper and textiles from renowned designers. Extravagantly proportioned bathrooms, housing huge bathtubs and large separate showers, (one has a large cast iron, Victorian tub). Many of these beautiful suites have superlative features, that might be an original fireplace, or an ornate period ceiling, or breathtaking views across Edinburgh (some even have views of the castle). With double beds and an additional sofa bed or pull-down twin beds, there is ample space for two to four people to relax in comfort. There are private bedroom and living areas, a lavishly appointed bathroom and a separate shower room for total privacy at all times.
