Bedrooms have a personal workspace with DDI lines, modem access, and Wireless broadband through out the apartment (Charge applies). Hairdryers, Iron and Ironing board are in each apartment. Each apartment has a well appointed bathroom and shower room. Towels, and toiletries are included, each bathroom has heated towel rails, steam resistant mirrors and shaving mirror. All but 4 of the apartments have 2 bathrooms. The lounge offers the perfect environment to relax with your own entertainment system, comprising of TV/VCR and CD Sound System, a selection of CD's and Videos are available from Reception, for those quiet nights in. This area is complete with a dining area suitable for six. You will find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you would expect in modern kitchen - refrigerator, electric cooker/oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Tea and Coffee is supplied, as are Dishwasher tablets and washing powder.
As each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen and dining area, we do not have a restaurant onsite. There are however a host of options available to you:

and we will stock your apartment prior to your arrival. 48 hours notice is required, an
additional £10.00 charge applies per £50 of shopping.

Mai Thai Restaurant & Bar
Mai Thai is a modern, contemporary style restaurant located next to the Holyrood
apartHOTEL. Mai Thai offers authentic Thai food, prepared by Thai chefs – the food
comes highly recommended from all the staff at the apartHOTEL. Guests of the Holyrood
apartHOTEL receive a 10% discount on the total restaurant bill and discounted drinks in
the Bar.
Prego Restaurant
Prego offers delicious Italian cuisine in warm surroundings. Located at
38 St Mary’s Street, within a 5 minute walk of the apartHOTEL. Bookings essential,

No. 3 Royal Terrace
A lovely restaurant offering classic Scottish fair alongside some more
contemporary dishes – House specialties include superb prime Scottish Beef from the
Charcoal grill. Comfortable High back chairs, crisp white table cloths, impressive
chandeliers make and excellent food make for a memorable evening. Located within a 10
minute walk of the Holyrood apartHOTEL, Bookings essential, ask Reception to reserve your

All 41 spacious luxury apartments
and Penthouse comprise of two bedrooms, a mixture of double and twin rooms, with each
apartment able to accommodate from single occupancy up to four guests. The apartments have fully fitted
kitchens in contemporary style, a spacious lounge complete with dining area
for six designed with luxury and comfort in mind.
Our Penthouse offers a further advantage of a separate meeting or private
dining area ideal for 6 guests.
We operate as a hotel with 24 hour reception, daily housekeeping service, laundry and dry cleaning service and complimentary broadband in all our apartments. Guests also have the advantage of our on site secure car parking.
