Kew House forms part of a listed Victorian terrace built in 1860. The house conversion is contemporary and stylish yet it still maintains much of its original character. Kew House is a non-smoking establishment providing luxurious accomodation with attentive and personal service and is suitable whether you are on holiday, having a short break, or visiting the city on business.

Each bedroom has its own individual character. All rooms are furnished to the highest standard and superior rooms are available with feature brass bed and guest fridge. Room facilities include full ensuite bathrooms with shower, remote control TV, tea and coffee making facilities with shortbread, telephone and modem point, hair dryer, trouser press, fresh flowers, choclates and sherry on arrival.   Kew House services include private secure parking, extensive breakfast menu with Vegetarian choices, residents bar and lounge, supper and snack menu,  and attentive, but unobstructive service.

Kew House offers two apartments as well.  Balbirnie Apartment is adjacent to the guest house and is a modern, end terraced villa in a quiet, courtyard setting. The house has been fully refurbished in a contemporary style and offers both privacy with peace and quiet. The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with king-size double bed, one single bedroom, a full-size bathroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen with dining area.
It sleeps 1 -3 people.

The Maltings Apartment is a spacious, modern, luxury apartment only 5 minutes walk from Kew House and 15 minutes walk from Princes Street. On the main route to Edinburgh Airport and City Centre. This stylish apartment has it's own sun terrace, is served by lift and has allocated parking.  The accommodation comprises of large west facing lounge/ dining room. Double master bedroom with king-size bed and private toilet / shower en-suite, twin bedded room, single bedroom, family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
