This opens up a huge range of possibilities: For visitors flying into Gatwick, it means an easy arrival and departure. For those wishing to visit London, you can be door-to-door in less than an hour, and as trains run 24 hours a day there is no need for evenings at the theatre or dining out to be cut short. And for weekend guests it means that the Friday ‘rush hour’ can be avoided altogether. As tempting as it is to indulge in the comfort and serenity of these surroundings, most will be seduced by the many amenities close to hand. The outstanding museums, entertainment and shopping in London is literally within the hour.
