There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the building laundry room for guests to use free of charge, for apartments that do not have washer/dryer in them.

Transfer from Heathrow:
If it is terminal 1 to 4, the cost will be £60 and if terminal 5 the cost will be £70 payable to the driver in cash sterling.
The driver will be waiting inside the terminal with the guest's name on a board. In case guest find any difficulty in locating the driver, they would need to call us on 0207 244 8677 so that we could track down the driver.

Each apartment has a king or 2 twin beds in the bedrooms, some secondary bedrooms have queen beds, a kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, & living room with a sofa bed that will sleep 1 adult or 2 children except for the studio apartment which has a double bed, kitchenette, small table, bathroom with shower & a walk in wardrobe.

Special rates are subject to availability and valid for new bookings only.  Additional charge of 20 GBP per night for use of sofa bed.  Wireless Internet - There is a 9 GBP/day or 35 GBP/ week charge.
