The terms on the pet policy are simple.  Guests pay an additional $10.00 for the room per night, plus sign a disclaimer that any damage will be charged to their credit card.  The hotel will notify the guests with in 24 hours of check out if there are additional room charges.

A pet-free policy will remain in effect for the rest of ThirtyThirty's and On the Ave's rooms so that guests who do not wish to travel with pets do not have to.
